The Maize TILLING Project has received support from the NSF, USDA and members of the maize community. We are currently being funded by NSF PGRP award #0604765. MTP was initially funded by joint NSF award to the Seattle TILLING project and Purdue University that established a TILLING facility at Purdue and also USDA-CSREES Award 03-35300-13236 to develop the mutant populations.

EMS-mutant populations were generated to MTP and materials were donated by the following lab groups:

  • Nathan Springer

  • Pat Schnable

  • Gerry Neuffer

  • Sarah Hake

  • Tom Brutnel

  • Cliff Weil
